About
Hallmark Ragdolls
Hallmark
Ragdolls is located in the Santa Clarita area of
California, USA, just northeast
of Los Angeles. We operate a humane, clean facility
and care intensely about the welfare of our beloved underfoot
cats and kittens.
Owner
Ellen has been breeding Ragdoll cats for
over 25 years. She personally knew Ann Baker, who founded
the Ragdoll cat breed in the 1960s. Ellen strives to keep
Hallmark Ragdolls' breed conformation in line with the breed's
best: friendly, laid-back personalities; large size; deep,
brilliant blue eyes; broad, full faces; solid bone structure;
and perfection in markings. She loves the breed so much that
she aided many of California's Ragdoll breeders in starting
their own breeding programs in order to promote the joy of
Ragdoll ownership. Many of them purchased their own foundation
stock from Ellen.
Ellen
has not been active in showing her own Ragdolls in the past
but may be considering doing so in the future. She strongly
encourages those customers who have shown their Ragdolls to
contact us and share their accomplishments
with us and our visitors.
Marco
of Marcoz Photoz is a professional
studio photographer who enjoys aiding Ellen with care
of her cattery. He provided most of the photos for this site
and is available to take professional photos of your family
and pets. Those who breed or show animals in the Los Angeles
area may be particularly interested in his services. Marco's
email is marcozphotoz @ yahoo.com
(remove the spaces in the email address).
Webmaster
Paula was originally a customer of Hallmark
Ragdolls. She liked Ellen so much that she offered to create
and maintain this website for her. She answers all email enquiries
and helps Hallmark Ragdolls by fostering kittens until they're
ready for either customers or the breeding program.
Mark,
Larry, and Dina all help
Hallmark Ragdolls with care of our on-site cats and kittens.
As you can see, a cattery requires the help of many devoted
volunteers who want to spread the love of the Ragdoll breed!
Hallmark Ragdolls appreciates the efforts of all who help!
